I brought my 1-year-old to the closing on our house and the office staff helped entertain her while the attorney took the time to explain all the documents so that I clearly understood what I was signing. Never felt so comfortable with a legal process before.

I am very disappointed with the level of service from this firm. My closing date has been moved back over a week because they waited till 2 hours before closing to request documents that need to be mailed from out of state. They claimed to "not have known" information about a power of attorney that was listed in the contract over 10 times, which tells me that they didn't READ the contract. We aren't talking about rare cases, we are talking about a payoff document and a POA. For the amount they charge in execution of a contract, I would expect a higher level of professionalism. If you are selling your home, please choose a different firm.
