I was referred to their office and I spoke with Kate Ellis. Kate's customer service was EXCELLENT!!! She listened to my issue and assured me that she would pass the information on and she did!!! When I received an email on a Sunday I was surprised and grateful!!! I contacted them from out of state on a Thursday and what I needed was handled by the following Tuesday and their prices were very reasonable!!!

Jennifer’s Office spread misinformation about an alleged Phase 5 Annexation tax that disrupted the sale of my home. If her law office had done their homework, they would have discovered:
1. I am already annexed.
2. I have sewer.
3. There is no highway going through Rayconda.

PWC faxed a letter to this law office stating that there will not be a future $5,000.00 assessment.. I wish they had done their research before upsetting everyone and disrupting the sale of my home.

After initially speaking with Mrs. Fincher pertaining my matter. She immediately made me feel confident going with her law firm. Once I was able to move forward with everything, I dealt with Mrs. Ellis. She was very kind and such a professional. Possible the most unethical and incompetent lawyer out there! The worst closing you could ever have, the paperwork was constantly wrong. My house wasn’t even officially closed because of all the mistakes made with simple addition and subtraction. Jennifer Fincher had decided to release the keys to the buyers; I am assuming she was in hurry to start her weekend. I was never paid for the house as of yet and never signed the official corrected documents to complete the closing. To add insult to injury the buyers have already moved into a house that I was not paid for! I am currently filing a complaint through the NC Bar Association.
