A year ago yesterday my wife and I got rear ended and hired this law firm and it was the worst possible thing we could have done. Listen to this, first off we never get a call back and nobody is ever available. Ever. The law firm has went thru 4 different lawyer's taking care of our case's and the only way we knew is making phone calls our self. We had to do all the work on receiving our medical care. Like tracking down our own doctors, paying for our medical care out of our on pockets without getting any of our money back when i settled my claim. We have been told for the last 5 months that they have been waiting on our same medical records. I mean how long does it take? I settled my claim just to stop the aggregation which the law firm got half of my settlement. My wife is still waiting on the same medical records that we was told 5 months ago they were trying to get. We'll see how long that takes. I would not recommend hiring this firm to anyone. Not even my worse enemy. If they don't receive her records this week we will be looking for another firm. I can see if it was just one case. I get it. Things happen but for both me and my wife to go thru the same mess its just been the worst thing to ever happen in our lives together. If you hire this firm i hope you have a better experience then we did. Never hire a firm that ask who's calling and will not transfer your call when they tell the lawyer whos on the phone. This office is out of Raleigh, N.C.

Worst choice ever. I was in a 7 car wreck in the passanger seat of my car which, wasnt at fault, december 2016. I was offered $1500.00 a week and a half later for injury. I refused. and got a lawyer and attended chiropractic thearpy. Finally in August i knew the negotiator was not making progress so i had to accept a check for $2000.00. The insurance only paid for half of my medical because, they felt the chiropractic office was expensive. I only spoke with the actual lawyer once and he kept his words short with me. Please take into consideration before having these people waste your time. Now im in debt thousands to medical bills.....P.S. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME IN FIGURING OUT HIT TO ADD PHOTOS THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL. I HAVE PICS OF EVERYTHING

Worst experience ever negotiater had no idea what she was doing had me wait for eight months with out a reply and dropped me because I asked for a case file not to mention NOT Disabled veteran friendly all in all the worst legal team around

I never had to wait long for a response or call back.. I really appreciate that THANK YOU!!!! This is a great law firm. I have had many patients select them to represent them after an automobile accident and have never heard a complaint. From a medical provider's point of view, they are great about keeping open lines of communication and responding quickly when we need to contact them. I would refer my own family here when needed.
