I used this law firm once there not good at all from what I can tell there really good at telling you one thing but not living up to what there telling you there really good at adjusting your file so they make 95% 0f the money & you get 10% of the money & leave you still owing Bill's I would tell every one I know to run don't walk but tunas fast as you can from this law firm

We just finished everything with our case yesterday. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with in their firm was very pleasant, experienced, and truly helpful. They even GREATLY reduced their fee when it became clear that due to the insurance coverages, etc, we would be left with barely anything if they took the full fee. How often do you ever hear of attorneys doing something like that!? I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs representation after an accident. I hope we never have to go through another one ourselves, but if we do, we'll be calling them immediately!!

Picking McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates to handle my injury case was one of the best choices i made. Attorney Joseph R. Dasta made sure everything with my case was handled in a most professional manner and went toe to toe with the attorneys representing the party in my case. Once McWhirter and Associates took my case, i did not have to worry no more about the case. Everything was handled from A to Z on my case without myself stressing about it. Mrs Charity L. Cooper who is the legal aid for McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates here in Camden S.C was wonderful through-out the whole time that the case was being worked on. She was available 24/7 when needed and answered all my questions and if she didn`t know the answer, she would get the answer for me. Charity was such a pleasant person to work with and kept me in touch with updates as it happened. I would very much recommend McWhirter, Bellinger and Associates out of Camden for an auto accident/injury case. I was in a motorcycle wreck injuring me and eventually requiring surgery. This was my first time being involved with a personal injury case and Charity was very helpful in answering any and all questions in a timely manner and overall they did a great job with exploring every avenue knowing the ins and outs of my case and helped build a stronger case against the insurance company that always wants to sell you short and give you the run around.
