I would strongly recommend this law firm. Carole is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. She was able to answer and address all my issues in regards to estate planning. Her staff is very professional and easy to work with.

Dennison Law Firm Tim Clardy took my disability case on, certain we will win, even all the way to Federal District court. When it came time for my court hearing, Tim backed out, saying the judge can cut off my current funds & I payback. My thoughts were....I could Reapply, correct.
Tim never answered & only said he has to speak with some colleagues cause he's not sure. I never found out why, honestly.
Then I find out Tim Clardy left Carol Dennision. Carol never spoke with me at all, I'm sure she was aware of her cases, as she's the owner.
Nate was only knowledgeable parallegal and he left law firm before Tim Clardy. There's a Big turn over for some reason.
I would not recommend the Dennison Law Firm.

As a Professional Daily Money Manager, I have referred clients to Dennison Law and worked with them on Estate Litigation matters. Carole and Timothy are always professional and prepared with advanced research. They explain things so a layperson can understand. It is a comfort to clients to know they are involved.

I live in NC but had a legal matter in SC that needed to be handled by a local firm. I'd read the reviews and even contacted a NC attorney that said they were a good firm to contact. I first submitted an online inquiry and received no response. Let me preface by stating, I work in a law firm myself so I understand "busy". So I waited a few days then called and left a message for Brandy H. Brandy did return my call the following day on Friday but by the time I got her message their office had closed at Noon. So I called again and left Brandy a 2nd msg to return my call and I never received a follow up call so I ended up going with another firm in Greenville who is now handling my case. My intent is not to bash Dennison Law Firm but I found their lack of response to be highly unprofessional. Most of their reviews seem to be positive so maybe I was just one that "slipped through the crack" but not following up on a potential client's calls (even if we ultimately refer them elsewhere) is a HUGE no-no at my law firm.

Carol and her people at Dennison Law Firm took my case after I was injured and the company fired me that same day. Everyone at the law firm treated me with courtesy and respect and concern for my well-being. After several long months of the insurance company dening my workers comp claim, Carol and her people were able to get the insurance company to finally accept my claim, get me treatment, and get all the back pay that was owed to me. They showed a real concern about my well-being both physically and mentally. They got me into see good doctors who finally took care of me and helped me as much as they could. At the end of the workers comp case, they fought for me and got me all the money that they could. It was more than I thought that I would get especially with the length of time that my case took. They are still looking out for me by getting me to follow up with doctors and to apply for Social Security disability. I want to say thank you to Carol, Tim, Brandy, Travis, and all the other people at the Dennison Law Firm. I am telling everybody I know about the great job that they did for me there at the Denmison Firm. Applying for Social Security Disability is a daunting process. You want a team of people to work with you and for you. Timothy and his staff were that group of people for me. They walked me through the process step by step. The staff was professional yet compassionate. My questions ( and there were many) were answered completely. Emails were responded to within the hour of being sent. If documentation was needed, I was notified well in advance.

The process was lengthy and at times lonely but I always felt hopeful. This group of dedicated people truly wanted to help and went the extra mile to make sure that in the end, the long wait resulted in a positive solution.
