Never received a call back from anyone about my legal matters plus paid a retainer fee and still have not gotten any kind of real help or adequate advise for the money that was spent

If i could I would give a negative number, this firm sent me a legal document containing other children's names that do not belong to me information that should not be shared that is legally binding. I called and attempted to have a conversation with the lovely person who answered the phone who kept cutting me off and saying ma'am ma'am listen to me. Beware! I am contacting whomever I can regarding the legal documents sent to me that should not have been. Furthermore if this information is something that is sent to me who knows what information has been sent to others, it would be the same as putting the names, date of birth, address of someone's children on this site!
