Jerry calls to speak with his clients, personally, instead of having his AA be a mediator, and is very down-to-earth. He is so easy to talk to and treats you like a friend. He truly cares about those he represents and advocates for you with his heart, not just his mind. I believe he views his profession as a ministry, and it's not about the money to him. I highly recommend.
