Yes, absolutely! Do not hire him. I paid the retainer to him for my daughter in a custody case. I sat across from him and watched him roll his eyes every time she said something. I almost fired him then and wish I had of. He never returned calls or text and always gave misinformation. The attorney that referred him was great but by no means is this the guy you want handling anything of yours. We needed a pit bull to fight a relentless case and we got a pathetic excuse for an attorney. Save your money!!!!

Do not under any circumstance use this dude as your attorney. This is not the first bad review that he has gotten but probably paid to have them all removed. He will not defend you and will take your retainer and leave you out to dry. He doesn't even give billing statements about how the retainer money is being used. I repeat, under no circumstances should you hire him as your attorney.
