Thank you Mark and Breezy for the fantastic representation!!! I was pulled over the day after Thanksgiving 2018. I refused the breathalyzer, and they arrested me for DUI and took me to the hospital to have my blood drawn. The police are allowed to do that in Wyoming. I was using my phone for driving directions and I was Not from the area and it looked as if I was swerving. The police targeted me because I had left a bar, not to mention, I was in a unfamiliar town and unfamiliar rental car with a Bright Yellow New Mexico tag. I was told by the hospital on the next day that only my counsel could get my blood test results. I found this attorney Mark Macy the next day and started the process. The cost was very reasonable and my results came back with me under the limit. He was able to negotiate and get all charges dropped and all I had to do was take 14 hour drug and alcohol class and a 2 hour VIP panel class. I CANNOT Thank them enough. They cared so much for my situation and it showed.

I Noticed a negative review here and I can't help but realize there has to be some other circumstances that the client left out. Mark and Breezy have always answered / returned calls and emails.

I was arrested during the holidays on a dui charge. I was drinking the day before and submitted to all breath test with no positive test. I then was taken to a hospital to get my blood drawn and was jailed pending the results. I was told that only my lawyer could get my results. I paid $1000 to be represent by Mr. MACY, who took my money and then I never talked to him again. My parents contacted him, my siblings, I wrote letters. After 60 days of no answer, I finally took a plea off which resulted in a revocation of my parole and led to 7 months of incarceration for my FIRST and ONLY dui. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE REPRESENTATION ON MY BEHALF! I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO SCROLL PASSED THIS AND NOT HIRE THIS COUNCIL!!!
