Though I personally didn’t have the resources to hire Mr. Adams for my case, I can certainly tell by his confidence he is a very good attorney. Through the very brief consultation we had, I learned very quickly Mr. Adams is very ethical, knowledgeable, and will fight for his clients. Recently this attorney not only saved me a bunch of money, but provided me with peace of mind. I contacted him looking for an attorney to help with a protection order. He sat down with me, reviewed my motion, and adivised me not to hire him. He offered to represent me; however felt it unnecessary and was willing to prepare me for court. After a brief consult I was able to represent myself in court and have the judge rule in my favor. Not only is he a wonderful attorney but an honest human being.

I have used Mark Adam's on three separate occasions. Help with a child custody case, parenting time modification, and protection order over the past year and a half. His professionalism is second to none and he doesn't provide a bunch of false hope and lip service. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but rather what I needed to hear to be prepared for court. Anything that I could do to help prepare for court and save money, he let me know(ie make my own copies or sort through emails). He strives to help his clients in anyway possible and in my case helped with the best interests of my child. I can't thank him enough for the help and guidance.

Worthless attorney. Didn’t help our situation at all but charges a butt load of money for work he doesn’t do. Get a different attorney.

As just one example of the level of incompetence, he sent me the divorce paperwork for another couple. Can you believe that? How would you feel if your legal paperwork was sent to a stranger ? Disclosing custody information, etc. I can only imagine where mine went.

Everything needs to be printed and collated for him. What attorney does any allow you to upload documents or at least email them instead of having to print hard copies? It’s not the 1980s.

Plan on him trying only to shepherd you through the process; not actually trying to defend or help you.

He’s argumentative and arrogant with his clients. He will nickel and dime you. Just terrible.

This guy is terrible. Not only did he not bring up and argue the PRE I paid for that clearly stated my children shouldn't spend much time with their dad, but he also didn't object to the badgering I experienced. The JUDGE had to interrupt and ask Mr. Adams to do his job.

THIS ATTORNEY IS LAZY, LAZY, LAZY!!! Where do I even begin with him? I’m not going to list everything because there are SO MANY THINGS that he did wrong. He is so lazy and even more incompetent that he did absolutely no work on my case in the nine months that I had him. Oh, but he sure did charge me for all the work that he DIDNT DO! Which was $4,000! I fired him and hired another attorney who has already done triple the amount of work and put in double the effort than Mark ever did on my case. Mark missed basic legal statutes that would have helped my case that my new attorney picked up on immediately. It was almost as if Mark didn’t want me to win custody of my child, he just wanted to take my money. On top of all of that, he is spreading rumors around town that he fired me because he didn’t want suffer the embarrassment of admitting that he got fired. We know the same people in this town, Mr. Adams, and it’s sad that you have to go around town spreading rumors because you know you should have done better. Oh and ONE MORE THING! After I fired him, he sent me a receipt saying that he OWED me over $2,000 from my unused retainer fee. Upon him finding out from my new attorney that I had hired new counsel, he then refused to pay me such funds. This guy is no good! I would NEVER suggest him to anyone and plan to make sure that everyone (especially our mutual friends that we seem to have) knows not to hire him in the future.
