In December 2016 I had a single car wreck. I was accused of a DUO. While I was in the hospital my husband searched for a lawyer, he used google to find the right representation, we lived out of state and had no references. So my husband chose David H. Johnson. He agreed to take my case. He listened me and saw the facts that showed my charge of DWI should be a DWAI. He even went out of his way to reschedule a court day for a couple of deals we weren’t entirely happy with and he scheduled a face to face meeting with the DA so that he can better explain my character and my good intentions which then lead us to an amazing deal with minimal damage for my skipping out on felony probation for the last 5 years. Very disappointed with Attorney Johnson... plea deal was on table before he took case. Took money knowing that he had no chance of winning. Dragged case on for 7 months. Advised me to except plea. All that money spent on nothing :(

Untrue David...all case documents were presented to you prior to you taking the case. Took funds from me knowing that we had no case...blood sample was drawn from PVH. showing I was over the legal limit for PPM of THC in blood....plus you continued to drag on the case for another 8 months....then advised me to except plea deal or deal with a harsher sentence...Scare tactic. Watch this guy....Just wants your money..Bad Lawyer!!!
