Update: Initially I was heart broken when I did not get a return call about my son. I was helpless and he was in jail for a misdemeanor, violation of probation. Since this began I have heard from both the paralegal and Sarah herself. It was an unfortunate event and very bad timing. Sarah has since made arrangements to have her calls picked up in case no one is available in the office. I respect the fact that they both have tried to remedy the problem and accept their heart felt apologies. Should my son ever need help, I feel confident that Sarah will do her best to assist us.
