I've known Dave Hunter for many years. As a fellow attorney that works in civil litigation, I know how family law conflicts can quickly get out of hand. In the typical divorce, that means a very expensive and ugly case with hearings and motions, and on and on. I highly recommend Mr. Hunter's approach to an amicable, but fair mediation based approach to divorce and other family law issues. This approach obviously requires two people that will cooperate--and in some cases the parties refuse to do so. In that unfortunate case, it's not the lawyer's or mediator's fault. If one side absolutely refused to cooperate, you'll need a good lawyer to help you through the process and that is exactly what Mr. Hunter does for his clients. There's significant value in the divorce and mediation services Mr. Hunter provides. His services are extremely unique and oriented towards truly helping families going through this difficult process. What he offers is families the best opportunity to put their lives back together again and move on as quickly as possible.

I had friends who said to do mediation. I had expectations that I wouldn't be happy with the outcome. To my surprise, we had a resolution rather quickly that we were both happy with. We also hired David to do the paperwork for us so that it was so simple to file with the court. I was very pleased with the outcome and now we can start to get on with our lives. Plus often the court require you to do mediation, so this fulfills one of those requirements. If you think you can come to an agreement on a divorce settlement, try mediation first. David was very friendly, very fast and also helpful.

My soon-to-be ex-wife and I hired David to be our mediator. David was very nice. But mediation went absolutely nowhere. So that was a combined $600 for nothing. So he was nice. But I absolutely dont recommend him for successful mediation.
