This law firm and particularly the senior partner, Mr. Joseph Tesch, took time out from a very busy schedule, to attend to a relatively small matter for us. He acted promptly, professionally ,competently and courteously in attending to our problem. We give this firm 5 stars.

Tesch lawyers have been reliable and trustworthy in helping to establish a LCC in Utah. They have been able to facilitate business activities on my behalf and smooth transactions that I could not attend to due to living in Australia. I appreciate their assistance now and in the future.

This Law Firm Engages in Legal Malpractice. This was found to be true In The Fourth District Court Wasatch County Utah. Case No. 110500168 dc. The court concluded that the Tesch Law Firm's /Gail Laser's legal representation fell below the standard of care. (Page 8 & 10) Gail Laser also told me, "I forgot how the law works." (page 6 Par 34) This was after she filed the wrong papers in the wrong court at the wrong time. And billed thousands for it! Joe Tesch was fully aware of this and apparently chose to pay Gail for her work despite the fact she had BREACHED THE CONTRACT on numerous occasions. Joe knew the contract was no longer any good but he sent it to collections any way. What a funny short bald man. Now he's using collections and the courts to carry out his dirty work. In short. Don't waste your time or money with these legal clowns.
