[UPDATE #2] I've now hired Brixton Hakes several times now, he continues to impress me, and his results are outstanding. I decided to partially rewrite my previous review to better reflect my outstanding experience.

The first time meeting I had with Brixton was back in the beginning of 2017, I hired him twice more in 2018. I'm not a felon or anything, and I rarely get in trouble with the law. Still tho, I continue to hire Brixton because he brings impressive results.

PRICING— Dexter & Dexter bills by the project, not by the hour. The cost is worth it once you understand what's included. That said, these aren't cheap attorneys, but they are dang good at what they do.

COMMUNICATION— Overall, very prompt. Brixton is in and out of court, but is generally very responsive. Ask him direct questions, and you will receive an answer. One time, I texted him at 5AM and received a response back in less than 5 min. Don't expect this, but it just shows how dedicated he is.

QUICK TO RESOLVE— There were some minor things, small hiccups really. One being a communication issue with his assistant regarding scheduling. He quickly apologized for the mix up and corrected the problem.

IN CONCLUSION— Overall, great experience, Brixton what he said he'd do. Definitely earns my respect, and I will without a doubt refer business to him.

On a side note: I've also spoken with Brixton regarding business legality, and he comes up with different scenarios worth exploring and considering. Things that could potentially be an issue. Gets your mind thinking.

So I do not write many reviews but I felt like I need to for Dexter & Dexter and in particular my interactions with Bryan Dexter and team.

Best way to explain why I rated them so high is to briefly describe my experience. About 5 years ago the company I work for (and have a small portion of ownership in) needed to return an asset to a municipality (through default) which had the un-intended consequence of passing a huge tax liability onto me.

I worked with a Tax attorney and the IRS but was unable to find a solution. The only option I had was a CH13 Bankruptcy which I knew nothing about. I cant remember a time in my life where I felt more helpless/vulnerable and scared. It was late on a Friday night when I called Dexter and Dexter and left a message with Bryan. He called me back that same night and listened to my whole ordeal, gave me hope that things could be worked out.

Bryan and his team supported me through the multiple issues that came up during my bankruptcy. I am positive that the only reason things worked out as well as it did was because of Bryan and his teams support!
