I paid for his services and nothing was done. When I called to find out what was going on Heideman was not pleased and was quite rude. When I asked for my money back. He did pay me .you might want to keep looking for better service coment from Monty G.

He advertises that he offers free consultations then charges over $300.00 an hour. Horrible experience with him! Do not recommend!

Terrible experience! I have given all the reasons to your secretary and your accountant. Please consult with your employees. I am just stunned by the whole experience because you would say one thing and then another. I believe you sugar coat everything in the 30 minute "FREE" consultation but in reality that is not the case. I would've fought this case if I was happy with my experience but I just needed to be done with Heideman and associates

We have been working with this firm for over a year on our case. Thomas has been second to none in putting our case together and advising us. Samantha and the office staff are always receptive and quick to assist. Justin has been very aggressive in working to ensure we get justice. These folks as a team have been at our side and have been very patient with us as life has gotten in the way. I cannot recommend their services enough.

I must admit, I wasn't too sure about an Estate Planner. But Justin answered every question we had and explained the process thoroughly. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood everything. Anytime we had a question he answered it quickly. He put our minds at ease regarding out future and our finances. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. My only complaints are that towards the end of the case, I felt contact was very sparse, and that the case took a little longer than I thought it would to be resolved. But again, the overall service was good.

Christian Austin has been an amazing attorney to work with! He is professional, very knowlegeable, and has been so patient and willing to answer all of my questions...and I have had a million of them. He has a way of saying what needs to be said but saying it way better than I ever could. I have felt very confident with him representing my legal needs. They did not protect my interests and only seem interested in mayking me and my family a check book

Not only did i lose but they charged me or robbed me depending how you look at it an amount absurd to the work they actually did.

There maybe good lawyers out there, NOT THIS place dont make the same mistake i did, god bless.

Justin obviously has several horrible reviews on Google, but I still decided to give him a shot. I went by the assumption that they were all exceptions and I would be treated well, because from the way the reviews were responded to seemed justifiable enough. I don't know about those reviews, but I know that in my case I was treated very poorly. And that you likely will be too if you choose to use his services. Since this bad experience I've dealt with other attorneys and would recommend ANY other counsel besides this firm.

Justin met with me and gave me a nice story about his dad treating customers well, and that he would treat me well and gave me many promises. I believed him and decided to give him a shot. He told me that any fee he'd charge we'd be able to collect in damages upon winning the case, and his plan was to ramp up the fees exponentially and get them as high as we possibly could, not give the opposing counsel any chance to settle, but force litigation for more money than I was thinking and get the fees even higher. He said that would force the opposing counsel to break down, and that I was basically guaranteed to come out on top because all legal fees would be 100% covered when we went to court.

Over the next couple days I asked several other lawyers if that was a good plan and I got rebuked. I was told that courts VERY RARELY award all legal fees, and often don't award any legal fees, regardless of paperwork. I was told that is a crooked practice, and that I should get out quickly before he started charging fees.

Up to that point I was told the first step that Justin would do is contact opposing counsel. I found that opposing counsel had not been contacted, I had not received a single question or other form of correspondence from Justin, so I cancelled services and asked for a refund.

In short it took almost a month and multiple calls to get a response about the refund, and then I was told that 7 hours were spent to review text messages and emails I sent and I was going to be charged $250 an hour from what I paid.

It's true I sent about 50 emails and bunch of text messages, but I don't believe for a second that any time was spent reading them. I didn't receive ANY calls, texts or emails during that time with questions, clarification, no call was made to opposing counsel, no notes from the "hours" he spent were provided to me, etc. Basically nothing was done, and I believe Justin created fraud hours to collect on doing nothing.

It's a bad move on his part, and I am disgusted that I even had the thought to trust him.

Not only would I not recommend him, but I think only a fool would use him. I was one of those fools. Don't let it be you too.

I have used Justin Heideman and his attorneys for over a decade and for many business and personal ventures. I have always felt he cares about his clients as people and approaches situations with common sense and professionalism.

Justin Heideman is the scum you fear when you hear the word lawyer. He was retained to represent our parents estate. He placed our oldest sister as the PR even after we ( the three other siblings involved) insisted she shouldn't be. I have him on record stating he would personally hold her responsible if she didn't fulfill her duties as PR (which she hasn't). I also have him on record stating multiple times that he represents the estate, not any individual of that estate. YET, the second he got paid he washed his hands of it all. He left us with a "good luck" and scrambling to find a new lawyer. The estate to this day still hasn't been settled.

Excellent lawyer who really takes the time to explain everything to his clients.
