Hi Myler Disability, thanks for all you've done for me and it truly was a pleasure having you work with me in winning my case. SS is being so wrong to me even after I've won the right to be helped, they're telling me in so many ways that I have to come to them having absolutely nothing and all I have is enough to get by really living so much less than monthly income to month. All we have is my husband's disability, if we didn't get the two cars when my husband was working there's no way that we could have got them after he had to stop working because he is not well. And we don't have any other land except the one we live on. So the life insurance we have we've had it so many years before we became disabled the way we are so cashing it in is not on our mind because we know we can't get any more. And we don't have enough money in the bank to save. I just don't understand why it's like that we're not asking for help to go take trips and spurge, we just want to make ends meet while we're here and live in peace. Truth is if we didn't need help we would not put ourselves to the shame that SS makes you feel. We are a family that need some help not a hand out. It makes me feel so below ourselves to even have to go and ask for help to make it. But we're going to try again because my husband can't pay them by himself. I will always have you in my heart and share your strong staff with every one i know that needs to win their case, God bless your frim and all it's members Amen.

I have to give Myler Disability a 5 star!!! Lynn my case worker was awesome and every time I needed any documents or if he needed to get my records he did really fast. Then my attorney Scott did an amazing job at court. I was denied the first time only because I wasn’t out of work for a full year. Then after I was denied my team got me a court date with the judge within 6 months. I know every case is different but in my case they went very fast and got my disability approved!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone

Addendum: Friends Myler Disability is and elaborate scam! It took five hours of research, including reading reviews of prior disgruntled employees who explain Mylers malpractice. Basically Myler gets you to sign documents agreeing to pay them a percentage of your backpay. They drag out your case doing nothing, but use the time spent waiting to appear legitimate! Then they suddenly drop your case with no explanation! Then they wait until you go get a real Lawyer (Myler is not a law firm they are a claim advocacy group, your case is represented by a person who has zero law experience and is paid little more than minimum wage) who wins your case! Then Myler files a garnishment of wages suit against you and take a large percentage of your backpay. You have no choice but to pay them monthly! That is why they never allow you to talk to your lawyer! As for their BBB reviews Myler simply pays a large fee and responds to each complaint and say the problem is resolved which ups their star number! Myler has people post false positive reviews as well! Again it is a elaborate scheme, once they finally get caught they file Chapter 11!!! Myler is in the business of ruining lives! Don't fall for like I did! Get a local lawyer! And make sure the lawyer is real! Myler your days are numbered! And you will be brought to justice!!!!

I couldn’t have asked for better representation for me. I did my research before hiring them and I was not disappointed. Always knowledgeable and and up to date about my case when I called and had questions, if for some reason I had to leave a message I always received a quick response. It took me 22 months to be approved for my disability but I was warned and expected that. I would recommend them over and over and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They don't help you or fight for you!! A bunch of incompetent people throughout the wholecompany. You won't talk to a lawyer only their incompetent staff. Save yourself alot of headache and use a disability lawyer other than Myler Disability. They are a total joke!!

I am beyond furious and wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. At first they were great, now 2 years later and the worst communications ever, I am having to release them and do this myself. All they care about is their 25% and nothing else. Good luck to anyone who retains thems.

Myler Disability worked very hard on my case. The filed all necessary appeals and kept me updated with everything. They kept up on all my medical records and helped me win my case.

I’m giving y’all a 3 because you where able to fill out the paperwork and file it with Social Security very quickly, Therefore team 5 communication deserves a 1. My mother had to call and follow up with team 5 relating to my case and I was already receiving my disability for a month when Myler wrote me a letter stating I would be receiving my disability. To conclude this FYI once you do your initial filing with them you are responsible of getting and doing all other paperwork. However, I appreciate everything that you did.

Misleading and l did THEIR Job, Long Distant Literally n Physically. Affecting me Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. *** UPDATE *** TO MYLER DISABILITY . The reason you dont show ME in your records is because I have/ n had at the time, Power of Attorney of someone who was a client of Myler Disability. Unfortunately in my experience with Myler Disability their representation was LESS than up to Par in the Social Security Disability claim process. This Review is only my experience with Myler Disability.
In all area where legal counsel is needed I recommend doing research on the company you hire.

I had a very bad situation with them they tricked me into signing my rights away so list whole case then tried to charge for records my husband got and sent to them. Then they had different amounts never sent me anything by mail but put something on credit report I have nothing else on my credit report. Be careful you do all the work then they want all the credit. They don't meet with you and really know your case well enough I my eyes.

They handle everything for you from start to finish, period! You just don't get that now a days from a company, And we appreciate it very much.

I had a really hard time getting my Social Security benefits from the government and so I came across my disability it will be partly in this whole process will be helpful communication was great I would I would recommend them to almost anybody if you have any trouble with your disability claims

Attorneys never answer your calls. They seldom return calls after leaving messages until you pester them. They do not give you any preparation before going before the Judge, then you get blindsided by tons of trick questions by the judge. The attorneys showed up to court and met me for the very first time only 10 minutes before the hearing and spent five minutes with me to ask me of I had any questions. WTF? How am I supposed to know now what questions I have when I was blindsided by the judges million questions? WYH? Then while already in front of the judge, I find out that my attorney didnt even have any of my 8 months of medical records for my treatments, or from my Chiropractor, or from my psychologist, or from my Sociologist, or from my Physical Therapist, or from the 15 years of medical records from my prison term. This Firm wasted 2 of my limited opportunities to show the court judge that I am exactly what I claim to be. I am physically and mentally messed up and this Firm is never going to put in the work required to win your case unless it's a slam dunk.

My husband originally applied for disability bases on his injuries that he needed surgeries on that would take 3+ years to recover from. Two years in to his battle he was diagnosed with young onset parkinson's disease and dementia. Myler referred him to a lawyers office that they work with for state appeals. The lawyer wrote a brief for the state appeal and harped on my husband's injuries and mention nothing about his diagnosis and the memory issues. Now my husband is stuck reapplying because when my husband received a copy of the brief to "make sure it was correct" it was already reviewed by the state. I don't recommend this attorneys office because their lack of communication was pathetic. And wasted our time.

I was clueless with how to begin filing for SSDI at first. After contacting Myler Disability, my worries and concerns vanished. They have staff members who are so knowledgeable in this “nightmare” event many of us are faced with in life. Without Myler and their staff, I would have given up, matter-of-fact, I tried but they encouraged me to keep going. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MYLER, I promise you will not be sorry.

They did ok with my case. When I called after getting a letter from social security I did not understand I called them. The lady said she had no information for me and they would be calling for an update from social security the next week. I got no call from them to explain everything to me. They messed up setting it up to receive their payment from social security. I will need to pay it from my back pay. I will do that but not one time have they called to explain anything to me. My first husband who died in a accident was not listed on my application. I know I told I had been married twice. So part of my back pay is SSI. and part is widows benefits. I should be receiving widow benefits for all of it. If the lady at social security had not caught the error I would be receiving almost $500.00 less per month.

The attorney just dumped me on a Friday 3 weeks after my appeal without even call me. Is there a reason she could not tell me before so I would have more time to get a new attorney? TERRIBLE

They were and still are very professional when it came to helping my mother and father with their disability cases! Very helpful and understanding!

The waiting due to the system is bad but what makes it worse is the lack of preparation from Myler and the the lawyer.
It's like a burger King drive through and who cares if you win just get as many in the system the percentage is with Myler.
Needless to say we lost at the hearing.my lawyer didn't even defend any questions just sat there.
I understood the judges dicision,nothing was explained by my lawyer.

Do not contact these people. I have been dealing with this firm for 2.5 years. They have done the bare minimum, this last year there has been zero progress on my case. I ABSOLUTELY do not think they earned the chunk of my backpay that they received. After 2-3 weeks of my being in direct contact with determination services I have a favorable decision. Save your time and money, go with someone else. Two years after my case was won, they are trying to charge me over $200 for record request charges. They refuse to provide a record of what/when/where of records requested. I provided my own records. Unscrupulous, unethical, AVOID at all cost! The record request fees Should have been included in the initial settlement your firm received. Yet over a year later , you take me to collections for over $200 when you know FULL WELL I receive the MINIMUM for disability and can’t AFFORD these fees , you are simply destroying my credit at this point
