I am so glad I called him, he helped me when I was in a very bad situation. He helped file in 1 day! He showed up to court and he is very reliable, honest and an all around nice guy.

Dave is the best. I have worked with him and his wife Nora and would reccomend anyone that is in a financial crisis to them. I would give them 20 stars if that was an option. My mortgage servicer was very aggressive, but Dave's expertise has been a heaven send. They return every call, work diligently to answer your questions, and give you real expectations of this process. I have never worked with an attorney that knows my situation, and takes the time to hear me, before I met with Dave. My case has been somewhat complicated, and he has worked tirelessly to sort it out. I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys. As annoying and embarrassing this issue can be they help you and make you feel comfortable and secure on what they are doing. Nora is not the receptionist however she is David's wife and they make a wonderful team. Had we been better informed and had an attorney that got back to us we wouldn’t be in a worse position than when we started our bankruptcy. The receptionist are the dull and obviously hate there jobs because they treat everyone like they are annoyed. And more specifically just don’t do there jobs. And it’s probably cause it’s his wife and they lack the professionalism. I would under no circumstance recommend this small one man firm, unless you want to get call backs every couple of months. As opposed to someone that can be there to handle your questions and needs in an appropriate time frame. We asked them politely to do what they got contracted to do by giving us a call back to which they replied that’s not what they have to do. So in a sense blatantly telling us even though you paid us we don’t need to do our jobs. So your welcome for the money we paid you to end up in a worse circumstance than before and for telling us that isn’t what we paid you to do.
