They worked on my wife's case for almost two years and called and tsaid there expert said we didn't have a case. I strongly advise to chk them out before getting them now statue of limitations is up and my wife is still very sick

They won't take my case because they said it would take too long, but I guess it's ok that I had to suffer for over 2 yrs because of a Dr not listening to me and overmedicating me, causing many health problems that could have been avoided. I guess they only want the easy cases

When my twin brother passed away unexpectedly I found myself in a pretty bad place. Since I was out of State I didn't know who to ask for help. I needed to find someone and luckily I found Younker, Hyde & Macfarlane. John Macfarlane and all of the other staff and legal assistants at the office were great. It took time but they were able to find answers and to get to a settlement that worked. I would recommend to anyone that happens to need Medical Malpractice Attorneys to contact them as they treat you right and do the work to get the answers. It's nice when everything is done you can say "Thank you" and rest knowing that they did everything they could do.

My mother was sent home from the ER three times being told she was fine and it was just a migraine headache. To having her pass away a week later because of bleeding in her head.. if this is not malpractice case not sure what is.
I gave Younker Hyde Macfarlane the case they sat on it for 6 months just to tell me it was to complex for them.
I would think all malpractice cases are complex.

I went to them because I needed help with a legal issue. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me. I'm like them.

When we get along in years by necessity we must become dependent on others to keep us safe and well. They took my case and sat on it for an entire year before they finally started looking at it. Then they decided to drop my case because they claimed they couldn't find an expert witness. Really? I found one after about 1 hour of looking. They wasted a year of my statute of limitations. I would call that unprofessional.
