I retained this firm at the beginning of July. From the very start, Jennifer was very unresponsive, with several days in between email responses. Then, I emailed in mid-July and didn't hear back until the end of August. I would call the office, and she was always busy. I attempted contact 4 times the second half of July, and 5 times in the month of August. I finally heard back at the end of August and the only reason I heard from her was because she wanted more money after doing NOTHING on my case for 2 months. Of course I'm not going to pay more money. With no promised drafts and no return calls/emails it was hard for me to believe she had already worked through my retainer money. I was promised my drafts for my divorce by July 26th, then by August 2nd. I finally received them Aug 30. I told her I would gladly pay more money, but I wanted to talk to Josh (a partner, and the attorney I originally met with) so I could talk to him about what was going on. I was contacted by their office admin (paralegal?) and told that I didn't have enough money in my account to get a phone call. I definitely don't recommend this firm. I'm only giving a star because I have to, I would give them zero if I could.
