I had case couple years ago. Felt like writting this now that I have been dealing with probation for it. I had got an attorney from here, he was a nice guy but didn’t want fight and was scared to try an make something happen I felt like. I had the opposite party on my side, no evidence what so ever. Before obtaining the attorney we had prosecutor tell us already he was going to give me a misdemeanor class A instead of felony. So I obtained an attorney. I wanted to take it as far as I had to go with the case being that I shouldn’t have ever been convicted of anything. He didn’t want to even go to preliminary hearing. He waived it and was scared to proceed past that! So I took the same deal that I was already originally going to receive without him if I would’ve represented myself..I was very disappointed after paying a lot of money!! There was no work done I felt it was easy miney felt like he had got me good deal when the deal was already issued before had he didn’t know I had known that. He didn’t have to do any work. He didn’t want to do any, of he could avoid something then he would. I felt like I had been working with a public defender in a way. Just thought I’d share cause till this day I should not be going through what I am currently if he would have done what he said he would do.

As an attorney myself I was referred to Morley and Associates to handle my divorce (as an attorney you never do your own legal work). I already knew the game some attorneys like to play and I can say that I never had that issue with this office. I was never taken advantage of and billed accordingly. Went into the office and faced a secretary who was cold and indifferent. We were looking for an attorney to write a trust involving an estate of stocks bonds, rentals, and a trailer park. I asked a question or two from the secretary trying to figure out who I was dealing with. After verbal sparring for a minute I bluntly said we want to know more about who we hire for an attorney. She said she could get me in to see him in no more than three minutes. At or beyond the three minute he steps out of his office and walks by looking at me from the hallway. I knew what was happening, he was sizing me up. Three minutes later I had enough and left. Maybe it was the hat I was wearing that said "Mess with me and you mess with the whole trailer park."
