I hired Dale Ellsworth to represent me in my divorce. His prices were fair, and his representation was excellent. I had a lot of anxiety and fear for how things would turn out. Dale was very professional, and thoroughly explained everything to me and expertly guided me through each step in the process. He was always responsive to my emails and calls, and gave me more than my share of "off the clock" time. On one evening that was particularly stressful, he talked with me and my parents in his office until after 8 PM, and never billed me for the extra time. Never in my life did I expect to need a Criminal Defense Lawyer. But life is full of surprises and someone I cared about accused me of something of which I was completely innocent. The city and the local courts were all too eager to "criminalize" me and I was looking for help. When a friend referred me to Brett Anderson, I was scared and angry. Dale Ellsworth was the 2nd attorney I hired to help with my divorce and I would recommend him over and over again!

My first attorney did not make me a priority and handed a lot of his work off to his paralegals. Once I realized I needed a new attorney, I found Dale and really wanted someone to listen and understand my needs. Unfortunately Dale Ellsworth who represented me from Anderson & Rogers didn't know how to handle my case. I would call it inexperienced and unprepared but also unprofessional when he would yell at me (that happened in several occasions). I had to cancel his services and get me another lawyer who took over the case.

Brett Anderson is a great attorney. He knows what he is doing and takes the time to explain things that seem unclear. In a very stressful situation, he helped me to remain calm while he took care of everything for me and found a great resolution. Their office staff is very friendly. I suggest Anderson and Rogers to anyone is in a tight spot and in need of an attorney.

Had an opportunity to be represented by Brett Anderson, you don't always realize some of the favorable attributes when you hire an Attorney until you see them in action. I came to realize you not only want someone who can put up a good defense but you really need someone who knows his way around a courtroom with a certain validated respectful presence, that is earned. Brett has re-pore with Judges, courtroom personnel and is very articulate.
I am sure with my circumstances I appreciated Brett's ability to look at the entire case from all angles and was honest with options, saving me money and time with the outcome he had discussed in the beginning. It not only helped me with clarity, but is was more like a friend giving you counsel when you need it the most.
I reached out to Brett almost 3 years later for follow up work regarding the case, he had remembered our conversation, details of my case and filed the follow up documents to the court the same day. He didn't charge me anything even though I offered to pay. He is a very honest person.
