Next to worthless. The Utah Self-Help Center didn't understand why they wouldn't help me, and other lawyers in Utah thought that they would help. Yet, they never have.

I want put zero review on this. The receptionist is awful and non patient. This person refuse put on hold while I'm figure out what to do with the case! They kept said I can't put phone hold for you while you do stuff and we need to go! Mean and rude and non patience! never use this service ever!

Martin Blaustein is either dishonest or ignorant, maybe both. He instructs tenants to run their A/C in the middle of the winter to "test" them. This will ruin the A/C as it needs to be at least 60 degrees for the unit to be properly lubricated. Stop putting out bad information! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I called this place to be able to just ask a few questions about disability stuff. The process is long and they want to know every detail about you. And all in the end they would not help because of the amount of money I will be paid over the next 20 years. I recommend if you have anything like an annuity to lie and say you dont because they wont help.

They claim they can help and after speaking to someone on the phone they say they cannot help due to not having that specific attorney in the office and that I can do it by myself since I can read and write English. Worst response ever...

I had to post after reading the negative reviews. The service they provide is free. They do "Do" things to help people (for free). They spent hours on the phone with me to help me fill out paperwork the state of Utah. They also provide information about your rights and what the best thing is for you to do under your circumstances. It's not you call up and get a free lawyer to go spend a few hundred hours because of your problem. They do what they can and it's a nonprofit.

One of the worst experience that I have ever went through my whole entire life one of their representatives on the line being rude and all kinds of negative feedback you can give someone.

DOn't even waste your time waiting to speak to someone. They can't help do anything, they give advice but don't actually DO anything they say they will on their website.
