More times then I would like to admit Darwin has saved my butt, best attorney ever.

I’ve hired attorneys before and always seem to be disappointed. Darwin was recommended by a friend and I didn’t have a lot of time so I hired him hoping that he would be better than my previous. Worst representation in court. One lawyer quit and dropped our case, made us miss a bunch of deadlines! We called, emailed and visited their office multiple times to get my paperwork back, they only give me the run around! So frustrating. They finally gave up and offered a refund... But after all the damage was done!! You are better off going somewhere else and paying a bit more. They are cheap for a reason!

Very professional company. Mr. Overson is a great attorney with a lot of experience. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a defense attorney. He got right to work and listened to everything that had to be said. Prices are reasonable for all the work he does for a case. I will hopefully not need his services again, but if I do I will return to Overson Law.

They never returned my call

Called them 4 times, just requesting a call back to discuss a case and perhaps an ongoing retainer for other business matters. I was client of one of the attorneys several years ago and had nothing but great experiences then. They have my phone number and email address. Now, they don't even have the professional etiquette or courtesy to return a phone call or send an email to indicate they aren't interested. Their receptionist or answering service continues to say they will call back, but they never do.

I recently used the firm of Overson & Sheen, PLLC for some legal services.

I first dealt with Ms. Julie Sorensen, a paralegal. Julie was unusually helpful in providing me with information about procedure and process, and was ever responsive to my questions. In each case when I presented a problem, she was prompt and thorough in making sure I understood what was needed.

I had originally found Mr. Overson using an on-line search/review, and then called him to determine if he would provide the services I needed. I was then able to meet with him and carefully review the legal issues. Mr. Overson was direct and insightful in considering my matters, and immediately set to work to take necessary steps to mount my defense. He was quickly able to gather the needed materials from the prosecuting officers in both my cases, and make suitable preparations quickly. In the first matter with court, he promptly obtained a dismissal, and a most timely advisement to me by mail, of that decision. Then, he was able to explain the pertinent issues to the judge in the second court, and very soon obtained a dismissal decision for that as well. I was very concerned about this second case, Darwin reassured me it would be ok, and it was. He is a fine professional, focused and to the point, and is able to promptly zero in on vital circumstances. Without hesitation, I would recommend Darwin Overson to any individual looking for a first rate criminal defense attorney.
