My son was charged w/domestic violence, intoxication & strangulation. He & his wife had a party & things got out of hand. As a single parent I live in Seattle, Wa. I was recently involved in a single vehicle accident which I was extremely lucky to walk away from. I had no cell service and there was no property damage so I decided to walk the short distance home and deal with my car the following morning. However, I was taken by surprise when I contacted the police. Since I didn't call them at the scene they decided to issue me a citation for leaving the scene of an accident, which is a class B misdemeanor in the state of Utah.
