Miller law of course he would send you to a lawyer who went to high school in Winnemucca and was the Assistant District Attorney for Winnemucca this is bad practice

I would not recommend going to this lawyer. All he wants is your money. Mr. Miller just sat in the court and when it was time to tell the judge what should happen he would offer it to the judge without disscussing it with me first. He never gave updates ot consult me when he recieved letters from the other lawyer. He charged me a large sum of money and did nothing for me. If miller law is your only option you are better off going to court as your own lawyer because you will be able to defend yourself better than mr. Miller will. He was un motivate to work my case. He should have told me from the beginning that he was not interested in my case, but when your just out for the money it does not matter what case you pick up.

I've used miller law on two separate occasions with nothing less then amazing results, they're professional all the way around from the front desk to the back office and will keep you in the loop from begining to end and will also call and email you updates. They offer the best payment plans in town and will fight hard for you in your time of need, I honestly wish I could give them ten stars because they're amazing.

They are great to work with and answer all my legal questions and concerns.

Would love to give a 0 if I could. I would not recommend this sorry excuse of a “lawyer” to anyone looking to fight a child custody case or anything too extensive for his minimal abilities. He was such a fool and clueless in court. He did not listen to our concerns and was not knowledgeable about family law.

We didn’t even live here when we first met and used Miller Law. Since moving here, we’ve used his firm several times with neighbor/business issues, and other business issues. He’s easy going...don’t need a hot head like our previous attorney, thorough, methodical, and he’ll tell us his honest opinion. It’s not all about the money, which is refreshing. I’d like to think we’re friends as well, because he and Michelle are just so easy to be around. Hard working is an understatement for both of them. I give 2 thumbs up.

If you need legal help you need Miller Law! We have been with Miller Law for several years. Mr. Miller is patient and detailed. He determines the facts and develops the case based on the facts and the laws that support them. He tells the client exactly what can be done as well as what cannot be done. He consults with you beforehand to be sure you understand your position prior to going into court. He is respectful and understanding. Miller Law, being well-prepared, has effectively won on our behalf both before a District Court Judge and the District Attorney’s Child Support hearings on more than one occasion. Miller Law rates are more than fair and reasonable; no frivolous charges. No stalling. No delaying.

I'm giving two stars instead of one because his staff is made up of really pleasant and kind people. I like him as a person, he's a nice enough guy, but he's really terrible in court, I would say calling him a pushover is an understatement. If you need something routine, he may be the route to go, but if you need a lawyer that will litigate for you with passion, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I don't say this lightly, he either doesn't care or he's extremely overmatched, and my inclination is that it is the latter. I've spent a lot of money here and I have plenty to go on to make this review.

During a recent visit, the entire crew handled a very emotional case for me flawlessly. The amount of time they spent with us showed how generous and compassionate they are. Previously, I handed over a very difficult family case to Mr. Miller and his team. He aggressively, and successfully, handled that matter. I appreciate that the staff of Miller Law can work on so many different items successfully, from private issues to the far reaching difficult ones and not even flinch. They are more than capable of covering every item in the spectrum. Mr. Miller and his staff do an extremely remarkable job with customer service, attention to detail and guidance. Really poor experience with these folks late last year. I will not be using this firm in the future and would recommend others do the same. The biggest drawback for me was their lack of attention to detail, from producing documentation that was of shoddy quality, to spelling my company name incorrectly, and to mailing items to the completely wrong address despite instructions otherwise. All of this & in general the way they handled everything significantly slowed down the process and was not worth the money spent.

I used them to help with a traffic ticket as I live hundreds of miles away. They were polite and a pleasure to work with. They also charged less than the other firm in town that helps with traffic issues. They weren't able to get my ticket dismissed like I wanted but they were able to strike a deal that kept it off my insurance.

One of the good guys. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They certainly love the law. Michele and Rendal are family.

Worst experience ever. You'll have a lot better luck with a public defender. Another person with the exact same charge and situation got a lot better deal with a public defender then i did with Miller law!
