Workman’s comp can be very confusing with the paperwork they send. They appear to be intimidating and not necessarily on the injured workers side. A lengthy 3 year process went by and it is getting to be towards the end of my case. I stopped by Wells Law office to get a opinion and guidance with the settlement offer. Jason took me right in after meeting with another gentleman, not having a clue who I was or ever seeing me before he gave me great advise and pointed me in the best direction I didn’t even know existed. He walked me through the steps of which I needed to complete he didn’t take over my case because he knew I could do it myself. Outstanding people and legal counsel...these folks are going to give "normal lawyers" a bad name....they really cared about me and my concerns and provided expert advice unique to my profession as a Firefighter navigating some difficult work comp issues. The crazy part is that I never got to pay them a penny because my case was resolved prior to needing to.
