The smartest thing I ever did was picking up the phone and calling Eric Berg. I was involved in a family law matter for almost 3 years as a pro se litigant and was legally abused by my ex-wife's attorney during the course of those three years. I finally put my foot down and decided to retain an attorney and the only person that would immediately get back to me was Eric Berg. From the time I contacted his office, I was sitting in his personal office and signing a very reasonable retainer within 3 hours and he was already starting to work on the case. In the space of 48 hours I was able to completely turn around three years of the legal mess that I buried myself in. He had private investigators interviewing key witnesses as well as several paralegals drafting legal documents and making sure that I was protected from the beginning. I can't even begin to describe how methodical he was in his legal work involving my case. He literally covered every angle from start to finish. I had a full-blown legal team conducting the most intensive legal work I have ever seen or experienced. The only reason I have timeshare and custody with my daughter is because of this man and I cannot thank him enough. There is no law firm that even comes close when it boils down to the professionalism and intensive legal action that happens with these cases. The man is a legal genius and he put a stop to the abuse that happened to me. There is not enough words in the english language to describe how freaking awesome his legal team is. More than satisfied by the sharp speed that they work. they are very upfront and honest about what can happen and will give you a realistic opinion to your out come unlike other firms of lawyers fermilly praying on saying they can win then you pay them and they say take the deal becase they have your money all ready. I would tell any one that has a doubt of winning to call Eric berks office.

THE WORST ATTORNEYS OFFICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, WHEN I WOULD SET UP APPOINTMENTS, I WOULD GO THEN BE TOLD THAT THE ATTY HAD AN "EMERGENCY" TO TAKE CARE OF. COULD HAVE CALLED ME TO CANCEL INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME. I GAVE BERG AND ASSOCIATES $3000.00 TO FIGHT A FRAUD CASE, I ENDED UP 3K POORER AND NO HELP FROM THESE FOLKS. I ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY REFUSED STATING THEY HAD COMPLETED WORK ON MY CASE SO THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE. BERG AND ASSOCIATES DID NOTHING BUT SHUFFLE PAPERWORK, THEN TOLD ME MY RETAINER WAS USED UP AND ASKED FOR MORE MONEY, WE HADN'T EVEN BEEN TO A HEARING UP TO THIS POINT WTF ERIC BERG?

I ENDED UP HIRING ANOTHER FIRM IN CHICO TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES, ANOTHER $2500.00 AND THEY HAD THE CASE DROPPED FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE, AND I GOT A LIL MONEY BACK!! BERG AND ASSOCIATES TRIED TO LIEN ME FOR MORE MONEY STATING THEY HAD MORE HOURS IN THE CASE. WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT, THEY SENT ME A ONE SENTENCE LETTER, "IF YOU DON'T PAY,WE WILL SUE" I ENDED UP WRITING THE CALIFORNIA BAR ASSOCIATION TO GET RELIEF FROM THREATS OF SUING ME FOR $800.00. BERG AND ASSOCIATES DID NOTHING FOR MY CASE BUT MUDDY THE WATERS TO TRY AND MAKE MORE MONEY OUT OF CONFUSION AND RHETORIC FROM THE ATTORNEY CHURCHILL, AN ASSOCIATE IN THE FIRM HAS ALOT OF EXPERIENCE, WHICH I APPRECIATED, THE PROBLEM IS HE KNOWS HOW TO DRAIN THE RETAINER WITHOUT DOING A FRIGGIN BIT OF WORK. GET YOU SHEAT TOGETHER BERG!!!!!!!!!!!
