His assistant/office is rude...I haven't even talked to the attorney and Frankly I don't want too..
Been trying to get a case going with them, it's been an entire month. No calls back, i've left voicemails..ECT. Finally I call again the start of the week, like how i have been, I talk to the assistent again.. and let him know i've been trying to contact the attorney for weeks, and that the assistant keeps sending me to the email... he says "ahh i don't know, he needs anything partaning to your case, ahhh, ugh, uuughhhh i dont have time, i need to go." ..then i get put on hold.
All i'm trying to do is be nice, get you guys business, and find help.

I don't deserve to be talked to like that..never calling you guys again.

thankful jmk law firm was able to get me no jail time only probation for my felony case and have it reduced to a misdemeanor. a few times I was supposed to get a call back and didnt and I was a little upset but its ok because ultimately jmk law firm got me the results I needed and thats what matters most

He doesn’t fight for me ticket but he lower fine ticket that’s not our deal

The office is horrible about communication. Leaves you in limbo. I have a court appearance in four days two of those days are weekends was told they would represent me. I left an abusive marriage and now am being abused by him and his new wife and controlled through the legal system his new wife filling out and filing page after page of nonsense. I was told that this office would take my case then left hanging. Calls being ignored, etc. Now I have to find a new office with one day to spare. Extremely unhappy about this. If your time is valuable skip this office!

I hired Mr. Kucera through Hyatt Legal Plans for a traffic camera citation. Best thing ever....he got it dismissed. My husband and I are both on fixed incomes and this would have cost me about 700.00 and traffic school, so he saved the day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

John is not only a very intelligent and helpful attorney, he goes above and beyond to represent you and present your case. He genuinely cares and works very hard for you. John is fair and a really nice guy too. I've experienced other lawyers and frankly a lot of them are very arrogant. I would highly recommend John and would use him again in a heart beat.

If you are CDL driver, you are looking at a wrong Lawyer. You are better off represent yourself.

He’s services are not good!!

I would not recommend or hired attorney kucera again. We agreed on a flat rate of $5000 for services up to trial. He gave me 1hr of his time in court to come to a conclusion, up to this point I felt that he did not want to pursue the case as he highly recommended to take the plead deal. We did, and 3 months later, 5 days before Christmas I am contact by his office that he has filed an arbitration against me for a past due balance of $102 (which was my first contact thru text from his office since he shook my hands and wished me good luck. I did not realize I still owe him). It turns out, i did not pay him for his copying and faxing services. If you think 1 hr in court with you and another bite 5 days before Christmas is unfair, I would recommend seeking someone else with fairness and moral principles. I called their office the same day I received the text to reconsider as I felt $5000 was more than fair for the hour I had in court. The answer I received was "the only option is to pay full over the phone right now." I took care of it, however I hope anyone who considers this office, understands they are not working with a man who sincerely care and wants to do the right thing. Merry Christmas to everyone. Mister Kucera did not do a good job with my case as your typical attorneyy will, he will tell you he will take care of you, go the extra mile to make time and sign the contract on a day off, he will never be reached personally after that meeting. His office assistance will take your concerns and tell you that he will relay the message, however never promise a return call from the man you hired because as our typical attorneys operate in today's world, taking more cases than they can fight.

This man is very knowledgeable and through out the process of my case was willing to reassure me and help he through the process of my case BOTH legally and at time emotionally. I have nothing but the utmost respect and thanks for Mr Kucera.

If you want to double your dui fines, then go ahead and hire Kucera. He works with the DA more than he works for you. All he did for me was lower the iid from 3 years to 2 years but without him I could request to remove the iid after one year. The iid can be removed without the lawyer. Kucera is a crook. Pay him $2000 up front for him to do nothing for you. He was late to my court appearance and almost forgot about me completely. I would not recommend him at all. He will just double the fines you will already have to pay. I am very disappointed in hiring him.

I am so grateful for John as my attorney. Not only did he go above and beyond in such a short amount of time, but he actually listened to my story. He didn't take my money and do a so-so job, he listened to me, cared about helping me fix my life and worked a miracle. His rates are worth the hard work and effort he certainly brings to his cases.

Don't know if CDL violations are his specialty I'll give him some credit for reducing the fine by half but the points on my CDL and his fees are off the top , just drive like driving Ms daisy in CA next time
