Russell is a no b.s. type of guy he is here to do what he thinks is fair and so far had been upfront and straight forward about things. I think he had a great aura about him and his personality is awesome. I think he and his staff/co-workers are friendly and inviting on top of the family feeling environment within the office. When I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Before meeting Russell for the first time when I spoke to him on the phone he was quick to state the reality of things and when he said he wouldn't even say he'd take my case until we had met in person to talk that to me was the first thing that fort my attention and made me feel that he was going to be the lawyer I hired. Thank you everyone at Russell's office your all awesome and I appreciate the inviting atmosphere you all created.
