I was in a fender bender in Marlton, NJ where the police officer gave me the careless driving ticket. I was nowhere near fault, but if anyone knows Evesham Township, they like to give out fines. I searched extensively for a good lawyer and spoke to at least fifteen. They all wanted me to take a zero point ticket and pay around $400 for an obstruction of traffic ticket. Jason was the only one who worked with me and came in with the goal of having it dismissed. On the day of court, he walked up to me after speaking to the prosecutor and said, "It's dismissed." hired lawyer and had to follow up myself continuously contacting and trying to find the latest status of my summons. respond received late. my case was simply pleaded guilty. i received affidavit with instructions on how to mail the payment. the address was indicated wrong by lawyer. the payment was returned. another headache. you get what you paid for. although, the legal fee i was charged is fair enough - but i would still not recommend based on the poor and non responsive experience i had.

I was pulled over due to an "illegal u- turn" and expired registration. My registration expired on October 31st and I was pulled over on November 2nd (Saturday). I take the train to work, so as you can imagine, registration isn't really on top of my priority list. Still, I nodded and cooperated with the officer and told him I would pay the ticket for the registration issue because it was my responsibility.

In regards to the u-turn, it was a safe turn and I was following my GPS. Even showed this to the officer. I was also new in the area, recently moved in, less than a month as a resident in the nearby township. The officer said he would only ticket me for the registration, but would let me go with a warning for the u-turn so it wouldn't affect my license. I have a clean record and a very low premium with great benefits, so this sounded great.

I start getting attorney letters and, lo and behold, I get 2 tickets in the mail. One for registration, the other one for (shocker) the u-turn.

I called Jason's office based on reviews and they were great; zero pressure, explained everything I needed, disclosed the fees upfront so there were no surprises, and even understood my process and my questioning. I did my due diligence and called the insurance company. They explained the implications of -3 points to my license. Not risking that. I called back Jason's office and they agreed to represent me.

The settlement charges were higher than Jason's fee, and paying the fines would have been drastically cheaper, but pleading guilty would mean -3 points to my license, higher premiums, losing benefits, and that would stick for up to 5 years.

Dealing with Jason was easy - he asked some questions, explained the situation, and I was done in less than 15 minutes. Because of my driving record and spotless insurance history, I would say it was worth every penny.

I would recommend his services if you feel like you've been wronged by a traffic officer, your driving record is impeccable, or anything transit related AND you're like me and prefer for things to be taken care of behind the scenes for you.

Definitely worth at least talking to his office first and see what they can do for you.

Found Jason online, basically I got 5 tickets and the fines I was looking at were well over a grand plus possible jail time....my man Jason got all of that reduced to no points, no jail time, and a $300 fine!! It's been a couple of weeks since my court date and every single day I think about how lucky I was to have Jason as my lawyer. When I got a DUI a few days before Thanksgiving I could barely stand to think about how terribly my whole situation would play out. From the second Jason took my case my anxiety level went down. I got pulled over and got some pretty heavy tickets to say the least. Jason had my first courtdate posponed but when my 2nd courtdate came around, he sprung into action doing exactly what he said that he would do... His wording in the courtroom was awesome to say the least.
He knew exactly what to say to the judge pertaining to my character and to the situation at hand.

Prior to the courdate he kept me up to date on what was happening and he was very easy to contact if I had any questions with anything. Without going into to much detail about my case, let me just say he is a top notch attorney. I recommend him with flying colors...

Horrible Service. Received a speeding ticket worth $200.00; paid this fraud over $200.00 to take care of it and he kept pushing back the court dates as though he did not want to deal with the case. Finally, after 4 months, he went to court and used a guilty plea (I could not be there) and I was ordered to pay $422.00. I actually received this order to pay a few days before it was due...ruined Christmas for me and I certainly would not recommend this guy to anyone. Basically, over $600 was spent on a $200 ticket. Thanks fraud Pollack!

If you do get a ticket, simply go to court yourself, it will be much cheaper and cause less headache. Hope this helps.

P.S. I was not able to be there since the ticket was in NJ and I lived in Florida.
