Great lawyer

I planned on using Mr Oliver for his services.... I left him a $1,000 deposit and a week later I change my mind and decided to go a different route. Nothing was done by him in order for him to deserve the $1,000 and I ask for a refund which he would not refund my money. I definitely would not recommend using him or leaving him any money for deposits because he will refuse to give you that money back...did you really need the money that bad?

Went into chapter 13 with him. 4 years and 2 months later i hit a deer doing 58 mph on rt 18. Speed limit was 65mph. So my truck is in a body shop. Had to take a day off of work cause Gieco said the truck was totaled. I told them not to send the check till i knew who got it. Federal law says the trustee gets it cause i was still in bk. I owed $1600. The check was $4200. Oliver told his paralegal not to redirect the check to the trustee which was law. He instead wanted $2000 more to put me in ch 7. I refused and the check never got to the trustee. And another lawyer filed for it and the trustees office set to kick me out of the system for nonpayment. I had no vehicle for 14 months. I went to supreme court 3 times. Noone involved followed the feds law. Instead of $2600 from the check to get a new vehicle i got $19. Some BS that the bk had to go full term. And the trustee took a fee. Worse decision i made was hiring him. And my credit was shot for 3 years after this was over. This review will disappear cause oliver is paying to have it removed and google will not appreciate being on blast. Watch.

Find someone else. Trust me save yourself some money. Filed 13 paying 233.00 next 2 years. Paid 222.00 a month for a year. Most of the fees were his.

Worst lawyer I ever dealt with !! Wouldn't recommend him to any one . If your not using his service for exactly what he specializes in then don't . My experience with this janky lawyer office was the worst I ever had! Never returns phone calls & destroys paper work he has no right to destroy. Save your self the headache & find some one else !!!

Well let me start by saying, meeting Mr. Oliver was a pleasure, that is the one and only time you ever see or hear from that man ever again. Unfortunately you would have to deal with their very condescending nasty staff. They are the most rude people I have ever dealt with in my life. It is not stressful enough that you have to claim bankruptcy you also have to go through stress with the women that answer the phone. Then when you get to Marie which is the most nasty of them all ! Good luck The only asset they have there is Bonnie.
