Joel Spivack never rushed me through our meetings and took the time necessary to thoroughly file my chapter 7. I had many questions leading up to the court appearance and afterwards and Joel's office was always immediately responsive and ready to assist my concerns.

i needed real estate advice and consulting apparently does not do that according to the person who answered the phone today. Probably an awesome attorney for whatever they do but they DO NOT DO REAL ESTATE CONSULTING. I think it would be better if that was made clear on the sight so 4 stars but probably a 5 star attorney according to other reviews.

I have to say Joel turned my life around. He took the stigma out of bankruptcy and made me realize this law is to give people second chances.
