He was my lawyer and we won, which is the most important thing. However I also think the office was friendly and Mr. Burke was great at explaining the legal system.

We were referred to Mr. Berk. He initially was willing to take the case and when we finally got a hearing he told us that he could not do anything unless my fiance has surgery. Just very rude and waste of our time.

I have had prompt and expert responses from Todd Berk! I am retired but have run an advocacy organization in Berks County. He is a no nonsense guy, who knows SSA application and appeals process like the back of his hand. He is direct with advocates and clients. He evaluates the claim and tells you whether you have a case or not and why. Todd Berk recently represented me at a personal conference at the Social Security Administration. I am permanently disabled and receive monthly disability benefits - $ from the S.S.A I was facing a sizable overpayment and repayment situation. Todd Berk is a wonderful Lawyer. It took us three years to get disability due to the Social
Security process and rude Judges. Todd was there for me every step of the way. He explained the process and kept on top of my new medical records.
