This guy is amazing. He just got some ridiculous criminal charges dismissed for me and also is getting the record of the arrest dismissed expunged. When I went into his office I didn't know what to expect. He told me exactly what he was going to do and he did it. Here is a lawyer who actually keeps his word !!! I am going to get right to the point. Unfortunately I have had to retain a number of criminal defense attorneys through out the years I was in active addiction. When times were at there worst and I had some really bad charges and I was looking at a good deal of prison time. A friend recommended Jeffery Hark. I went to his office and met with Mr.Hark and we reviewed my charges. I was very nervous to say the least because they were serious and I was really upset at the thought of going to prison for years. Jeffery said your charges our serious and you will have to do everything I tell you to do in order for the best possible outcome. I said I would do anything to get my life back. I was at my bottom. The next day I was off to a rehabilitation center for drugs and alcohol, which was only the beginning of my legal journey and what ultimately saved my life. I am not going to write out every detail but as they say, to make a long story short and following everything Jeffery Hark had me do to the letter. I had gotten five years probation and no prison time. Jeffery Hark got me my second chance at living a normal life. I continue in active Recovery from drugs and alcohol and I am not about to squander my second chance that Jeffery Hark made possible.

I was referred to Mr Hark by a family friend and didn’t know what to expect. He actually did an amazing job and blew the roof off of my Camden county. Cherry hill New Jersey car crash case. I hired Mr Hark for a stupid mistake I made three years ago. He fought really hard to get me into PTI when the prosecutors office objected, invited me, and tried to send me to state prison. my mom and I were really scared and concerned about my future until I met and sat down with Mr Hark. No I don’t why did he make me feel better you got my mom to stop crying. Well eventually after a lot of work Mr Hark was able to have the Superior Court judge order me into PTI over the objection of the county prosecutors office. I now have successfully completed the PTI program and will not have any criminal history. The minute Mr Hark found out he also got me to come into his office so we could file an expungement.

Jeff Hark did an amazing job for me today. I got pulled over on route 42 in Deptford Township Gloucester county on my way down the shore one day. The state police were not honest and made up a reason for the motor vehicle stop.
