What can I say here... David was amazing! Literally within 24 hours he took my case and got me a buyback! I repeat, within 24 hours!
The whole process took 5 weeks from start to finish, and would've taken 4 if I had not delayed everything by 1 week.

I had a Shelby F-150 that came with a bad supercharger. After four service visits, the motor exploded.
Being a Shelby modified ford, I wasn’t going anywhere with this so I sought to use the Lemon Law to deal with it. I soon found that the only real way to deal with Ford was through legal representation.

The outcome was great. David spoke directly to the manufacturers lawyer & filed suit and that turned into the manufacturer reaching out for a settlement. David negotiated the settlement to a fair amount and he took care of everything and the check was sent to my home. No court appearance was necessary. I can not thank Laura and David enough, they were able to get me out of a horrible situation that I thought was impossible to get out of. I felt hopeless but they kept pushing! Amazing ! Amazing! Amazing ! I cannot believe that I won this lemon law case ! Fast! Fast immediate responses ! I had a 2019 Brand new Toyota Avalon , Stereo kept cutting out on me .
