Before I begin this life changing story, I hope it inspires you to never hold your head down during hard times. Never give up on your faith, trust or religion, always believe in yourself, & trust the process…I’d been a lawful permanent resident for 21 years, the first time I applied for my naturalization citizenship. I applied in August 2016, then charged with attempted homicide in January 2017, which resulted in my citizenship application being denied. Remember what I say in the begin? Never give up on your faith, trust or religion, & trust the process. A year and a half I fought for my life and freedom, despite the DA’s plea deal offers. June 2018, I was acquitted on all charges, but the fight for freedom continued. It was time to face the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services yet again. I was acquitted on a Friday, I texted Ms. Wana Saadzoi, Esq (she’s a criminal justice attorney who take calls/texts 24/7, how convenient is that) on a Saturday, who scheduled a meeting for the that following Monday. My 1st impression of her was confident, smart, calculated and poised. After telling Ms. Saadzoi my situation, the 1st thing she said to me was, “we’re going to help you get your citizenship!” I was happy to hear that from my attorney with confidence. Now it was time to trust the process, which in total took a year and 7 months....My green card expired January 2019, so Ms. Saadzoi helped me apply for my green card renewal & I received it July 2019. Ms. Saadzoi then helped me submit my naturalization application in August 2019. I receive a notice in December 2019, that my naturalization citizenships interview was scheduled for January 2020. Ms. Saadzoi prepped me twice for my interview which was much needed and great help. I don’t have a Criminal record but anytime u get fingerprinted, there’s record of that. Therefore, you should never go to the USCIS without an attorney. I passed my test, but because of my record the USCIS office couldn’t give me an answer on the spot. Instead, my application had to be reviewed. Speaking from my experience with Ms. Saadzoi, she’s who you want to fight for you. But you must trust her process! Do everything she ask of you! Five days later I receive a notice saying they approved my application. Words can’t explain my joy and happiness after overcoming 1of the hardest journey of my life. It wasn’t an easy road and I didn’t do it by myself because Ms. Saadzoi was there and available every step of the way. I felt like more than just a client to her. I felt like she really cared. As my attorney she taught me a lot over the year & 7 mos, and has motivated me to do even more. Thank you so much Ms. Saadzoi! I appreciate everything you did for me from the bottom of my heart, thank you!#TRUSTTHEPROCESS

Not only is she outstanding, aggressive and knowledgeable in her field, she also builds relationship based on trust with he clients. she empathizes what you are going through and take on your case as though it is beyond personal to her.Wana was a great help to my immigration legal process. And her team, too, did an amazing job. I will never forget the first day I walked through the 17 Veterans square doors, and all of the moments that lead to my approval interview. It was a wonderful and successful outcome thereafter. Thank you Wana.
She has been very helpful, and experienced Attorney. I highly recommend her handling any type of case.

i came here because i was sponsoring in Afghanistan and I wasn't happy with my original lawyer messed. The previous lawyer had done half of the work so she didn't have to do a whole lot. She priced me at $1500 I told her I wanted to wait a little bit and that I'll contact her in a few days about having her do the rest of the work when I try to get hold of her she kept blowin me off. Finally after 5 days of calling her one of her associate picks and tells me that she wants $3000 now. I said half of the work is done it's just a simple case there's no major issues my record is clean and I work for the state of Pennsylvania that's a big plus he kept saying he doesn't know nothing except that she wants $3000 now. my advice to anyone wanting to do busines with her is look aroun elsewhere they're much better lawyers.
Of course you would say that because I was so trusting I didn't even sign the agreement in the beginning but I do have proof of when I first got charged that $100 I paid with a credit card . You're not going to admit something like that for everyone to see.if anyone doesn't believe me you can go ahead and find out for yourself . And Wana you should be ashamed of yourself you coming from a country like Afghanistan you should treat people kindly and run a honest business since you probably wouldn't be had the same opportunity over there

Wana Saadzoi is an amazing immigration attorney. She prepared me and my spouse very thoroughly for our green card interview and we made it through easily thanks to her guidance. She is also extremely personable, very sharp, professional and non-judgemental. To top it off, her rates are both reasonable and fair. If you need an immigration lawyer, I highly recommend her.

Wana Saadzoi did an amazing job helping me and my family when we were in Immigration trouble. A previous lawyer had promised us the world and simply took our money. When we came and spoke to Wana we felt hope for the first time in a very long time. We told her that we did not have a lot of money because of what the other lawyer had done. She told my family that she would work the payments out with us, and that what was most important was to keep our family together. She started working on our case immediately. She was always available when we needed her, and she would go above and beyond in answering our questions. At each court hearing she and her team would show up with boxes of documents that she had prepared in fighting for us, and because of her commitment to our case and her hard work we are now lawful permanent residents. I know that the other lawyers would have charged us more then $10,000 for the amount of work she did for us. Wana did not charge us anywhere near that amount because she knew we simply did not have it. She is our angel. Thank you for your help and service. You are like family to us forever, and we are extremely grateful.
