This law firm went above and beyond to help me with my matters. Not only were they quick to respond and act, they stayed on top of the situation at all times and their customer service was great throughout it all. Personally, I would recommend them for sure.

I am in the habit of writing online reviews for businesses that I find particularly good or particularly bad. I myself rely heavily on other people’s experiences when making a decision to spend my money. I recently left a negative but accurate review of a local business (of which I had been a customer for 3 years) because I was honestly shocked and upset by their poor customer service when I called to make 1 complaint after 3 years of loyal patronage. The business never contacted me to resolve the issue. Instead, the owner contacted this law firm (Erika Y Tross, specifically). Erika Tross then sent me a letter demanding that I remove my negative Google review and threatened me with a defamation lawsuit if I did not comply. I felt threatened and bullied and as if my right to free speech were in jeopardy. I’m sure Erika Y Tross did not break any laws or act in a technically unethical manner. But I felt her letter was meant to silence me from speaking my opinion. If you are looking for a law firm for your business to use in lieu of sound, helpful customer service then this may be the law firm you are looking for.

Easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It seems like every single time I talked to them all they wanted to do was argue. Every little thing I asked them to do was an inconvenience for them even though I was the one footing the bill! Terrible service - stay as far away from them as you possibly can.

I looked online thru several different attorneys.. I was looking for someone who had alot of experiences with landlord tenant violations and who would be the best attorney for us to go for a consultation with. This practice had very high remarks on how they handled situations like mine.. WELL I WAS PROVIDED WITH JUST THE OPPISITE!! I had a meeting with James Edwards and he seemed knowledgeable about code violations but when it came time for him to help us make a decision on what the next step should be and advised me of my rights. He was NO help with any of that!! He gave us nothing but facts that we already knew and told us that the only way that we could get back at our landlord or get them in trouble was to call code enforcement and have them come out and look at the house and make a list of everything that needs to be done and have it done that way but as for me having a lawsuit he said I had nothing of the sort when originally I don't even have a proper lease and the house property is not even listed as a rental property so my landlords are doing illegal practices and Im told i have no rights. I wouldn't sugest anybody go there! And if so don't waste your time going to see James Edwards it was a complete waste of my $200 we left there just as confused as when we walk through the door! And we still don't have the issue resolved
