Yes, he is the author of one of the most comprehensive treatises, published to date, on "Worker's Compensation" and how it affects the working man or woman. Hence, he is very aware of any nuances in meaning that the opposition can or will use against your case.
There is no better attorney for your consideration!
Thank you Greg!
I was really impressed when I got to read the transcript of the deposition he had with the insurance co. doctor. His questions were really strong and he was able to easily bring out the doctor's inadequacies. At that point, I knew that I had the right lawyer. Also, when he deposed my Dr, the quality of his questions were very impressive and even a novice could see that he easily out lawyered the defense.
I was very happy having Greg represent me, and I highly recommend him for your Workman's Comp case.
Gregory J. Boles, Esq. has also penned a book titled 'The Wounded Worker' through Word Association Publishers ($16.95) which chronicles everything a prospective legal client is likely to encounter when entering as a plaintiff in a workman's comp suit. I highly recommend Gregory Boles (of Fenner & Boles Law Practice) both as an attorney and as a knowledgeable resource through his carefully written and informative book.
