I called gave all the information was told I had a case and was referred out to a partner firm. I did my phone intake with a paralegal who said I'd hear from the attorney and I've heard nothing so far.

It is still too early in the case to determine a fair review but so far they have been very good. Update: They did good for me and delivered what they promised. I'd hire them again!

I joined the only minority that any of us can involuntarily join at any time: the disabled. My (very large) employer discarded me and after a few months, my (very large) insurance company handling my LTD claim decided to not honor the contract they'd written and cut off my primary source of income. I was stuck. When I realized the insurance company was cherry-picking medical reports, hiring bogus "doctors" to write reports without even interviewing me, and surveilling me, I realized the futility of an individual battling a Fortune 50 for the remaining decades of my policy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called on 3/15/19 and was told my case would be referred to a local attorney in my area (Philadelphia PA). As of today (4/22/19), I have heard nothing.

Called Morgan and Morgan referred to Simon and Simon. Never spoke to an attorney all paperwork done via email. 15 months after medical treatment received an email telling me they’re rejecting my case. They could’ve rejected it on day 1 would have save a lot of time.
