Notice how all these 5 star reviews come from people who have only reviewed once (fake). This man charged me $5,000 for a DUI case. 1st time showing up in court, he was super late. The only good thing is that they hear your case 1st, if you have a lawyer. I guarantee that if it’s your 1st DUI, you don’t need a lawyer. A public defender will also get you in the ARD program, probation, some classes and have your record expunged PLUS have your fees waived. I saw all this happening w/people who were all being represented by a public defender, while I sat and waited forever for Steve during my 2nd appearance and he NEVER showed & instead sent someone else in his place. He’s impossible to reach but will surely meet you to take your money. Again, if it’s your 1st DUI, save your money, get a public defender who will also get you into the ARD program and will have all your court fees waived.

Charge my friend over $4500 just to file papers. He’s never available and never returns calls. Get a public defender instead. They’ll work a lot harder for you.

Seems to have too much clients. Will never call you, leaveing you having to call a million times to try to get ahold of him. Got my first DUI and was completely better off without a lawyer . Did not help reduce any of my suspensions. Basically a public defender for 2500 dollars. Save your money!

Steven Kellis helped me out big time. After having a clean record most of my life, I received a DUI this past year. I'm getting married in August and the timing could not have been worse. I was looking at some serious penalties. He may not always be wonderful at keeping in touch, but he shows up and knows the court rooms like the back of his hand. Very helpful with the expungement process.

My 17 year old cousin lives with me and got arrested in Delaware County for underage DUI and minor in possession. It was her first run in with the law and hopefully her last. While there was no pressure he explained what could happen with his help and what could happen without his help. Needless to say it made perfect sense to hire him to get us through this. I havent been in trouble with the law since i was 19 years old. In 2015, my mother died suddenly right in front of me and at the time i had 7 years of sobriety. I through it all away and within 2 years. I caught 2 d.u.i cases and 1 possession case in Philly. My girlfriend hired Steve Kellis for the 2 d.u.i cases and he EVEN took the possession case for free. After almost 2 years of missing court and warrants for my arrest, Steve stuck with me and helped me. Even when i wasn't helping myself. I am now sober again and done with all 3 cases. 1 d.u.id.u.i was throw out. The possession i had to just prove that i am staying clean and the other d.u.i case went to trial. Which i was found "Not Guilty". You had to see him question the cop! It was great. The cop got caught in 3 lies. Steve doea take on a lot of clients but if you show you care about yourself , he will go above and beyond for you. He also knows all the judges, which helped a lot. I still am shocked i was found guilty with tge d.u.i case that went to trial! I am just greatful for his help. He is even helping my girlfriend with an appeal for her probation hearing where she got 5-12 months just for her 1st probation violation. I am so shocked, but with Steves help, i have faith! I hired Steven Kellis to represent my son in his DUI case. We were very impressed with his rapport with the prosecutor’s office and police to eventually get the case dismissed. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN AS YOUR LAWYER!!! After 22 months and 18 court appearances for my first dui, I started to hire a new lawyer because all Mr. Kellis wanted me to do was take a plea. I could beat my case with a capable trial lawyer. Up until my last court appearance he was still trying to talk me into taking a guilty plea. I chose to hire a new lawyer a trial lawyer, which Mr. Kellis is not! Fortunately my case was dismissed because of my due diligence to not take a plea and make them prove my guilt, which they could not! Do your research and hire a capable lawyer. This man would rarely take my phone calls and when he did he would rush me off the phone. Again, terrible lawyer!!

The guy is not trust worthy he will leave you in the dark and make madders worse for you such as what he is doing to one of my good friends the guy has extorted more money then you can blink a eye at from my friend he as also waved my Friends rights with out telling him only thing this guy is good for is taking you're money and not lifting a finger to help you out. So stay very far away from this con artist.
