I have been an entrepreneur for over 12 years, having founded and grown several businesses. As in anything, risk is a constant and I eventually found myself saddled with well over $1.5 Million in debt from former ventures, personal guaranties from commercial leases and bank debt. These debts had destroyed my credit, rendered it nearly impossible to pay my student loans and generally taken over my life. There was even a garnishment levied against me by which funds were taken from my bank account by a creditor. I was working to pay off debt from businesses I no longer owned.

After careful deliberation, I made the decision to pursue Bankruptcy.

Despite my online due diligence, I knew I needed counsel. I needed guidance.

Was very dissapointed in how he handle everything. I filed bankruptcy in 2017 but we fell behind we talked to david he suggested to refile.I went to his office in june took all the papers that we were getting. I trusted him thinking he knows what he's doing. So we ended up filing on spetmeber signed papers paid $1,200 . The very next day he filed to dimiss my case. Cause I had an active bankrutcy already. So I had an active case already but he suggested to refile again. He really did not do his job now I am trying to get my refund back. I hired a new lawyer and everything is going great.
