My name is Stephanie. im on my boyfriends google page because his is somehow logged in already. but I had Arik Benari as my lawyer for my 2nd DUI case. he told me what he could get me that, that was the bare minimum with the state law for a 2nd DUI and when the court date came he did exactly what he had told me he was going to get me. he actually did more and got me less weekends and was able to add them onto my house arrest so i did not have to do as much time in jail. he was always there when i needed him. everytime i called, he called me back when he was out of court and answered my questions. over all great lawyer. i would recommend him to anyone in need of help legally!!

I am grateful that the case was taken on short notice. I am out of state and was given a two day notice of the hearing. I was presented with the option of an hourly rate, fixed rate, or an agreed upon split of payments dependent on extent of work needed.

Unfortunately communication was non-existent throughout the process. Zero follow up and I had to chase down answers, taking up to 25 days to get a response. In lieu of this I was able to find resolve with the other party on my own time and with the help of my counsel in my home state. Upon confronting the law group about services rendered against the original proposed hourly rate, the option was walked back as not something they offer.

In regards to updates on past hearing dates The state-issued documents arrived sooner than any sort of email confirmation or follow up of the events. To this day I still have not heard the outcome of orders being vacated/waived from my Counsel. I'm sure their work is quality, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

If I could give less stars, I would. An older lady from my church retained this law group for services. Not only did they not do what they said they would do they kept her money. This behavior is despicable above measure.
