I have a pending claim with them since December. I have called at least 10 times and left voicemail messages. I have even spoken to receptionists, informing them that I need to speak to someone immediately only to be sent to voicemail. They took original documents from me with a promise to return them immediately and I still haven't received them this is not a good way to run a law firm and I now believe they are bogus
