Ron Clearfield is a great attorney, personable and very knowledgeable.

The only reason I gave one star is bc you cannot leave no stars!!! Any good reviews left here are LIES!!! This is one of the WORST law firms I have ever had contact with. The staff is incompetent, they do not return calls or emails in a timely manner. They NEVER and i do mean EVER EVER know what is going on with your case. The loose paperwork, they do not follow up with doctors, or others to help make your case. They are just a total disaster! I did more work on my own in one afternoon for my case than they did in over a year. I sent them an email terminating their representation and they didn't even respond to that!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Clearfield and Kofsky are the worst lawyers EVER!!!!! I have an injury that will be hurting me for the rest of my life.Basically I went to court for them they settled for a ridiculous amount saying that’s the best they could do and then the took almost 90% of it saying it was there cost. Non of my bills was even half of the amount they got.

I would definitely recommend Clearfield and Kofsky. They did not delay in taking care of my case and I did not have to worry about small details. I'm so glad I found them and would pick them all over again. Great law firm!

Mr. Lopresti from Ron Clearfield's firm did a great job for me. His staff was always very attentive to all my questions.

They don't call you to let you know how things are going with your case or what more information they are waiting on. They have not even thrown a figure out there to let you know how much they think they may get you for your settlement. When you call them, you end up leaving messages on the machine. Parallegals kept changing on our case. All around, lack of communication for handling a slip and fall case.

Clearfield and Kofshy help me on my case so much! I personally worked with Mr Clearfield. He was always available to me when I needed him. He was very great at staying in contact and always kept me up to date on everything that way happening on my case. I would definitely do business with this lawyer firm again and would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Thee worst Law Firm to deal with, getting the Attorney on the phone that’s supposed to take care of your case is ridiculous and if you don’t call about your case to get info no one calls you. Stay away people I’ve learnt my lesson.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with an attorney. I only was able to speak to Mr. Clearfield once! And that was during the initial process. All other calls you will be speaking to his secretary/paralegal. And you will only speak to that person if you’re contacting them. They will Not call you with any updates!!! Furthermore, you will be pushed to the voicemail of the person you wish to speak to, with no returned call back! Clients should be able to feel that are in good hands and that the firm is working hard on their case. Clients should not feel like they’re agitating you because they have questions and concerns about the case.

Mr. Clearfield and his associates have been very patient with me regardless of my attitude. They have done a very good job for me and would like to thank everybody in this office for working with me to the best of their ability.

Do not use this firm if you want to win your case they are seriously unprofessional and never call you back 3 weeks of leaving messages and no call back this is the worst attorney in the world and i will be reporting him to the bar .

Slow service my case was in 2015 everything just got settled last year they gave me half of my selttlement in November 2017 and I've been waiting on my second half since then no one answers their phone it going on March still nothing ! I've been with them for years and I will not be recommending them anymore nor going back !
