I remember making a phone call to Kline & Specter after I saw their commercial on TV. I thought I was blowing smoke by making the call but I have to truly say that Kline & Specter is the best law firm in the country. They got me a settlement that I could never imagine having. Kline & Specter paid attention to every detail in my case. I was able to understand the larger impact that trauma had on me as a person because of my attorney and his explanation. The incredible heart that Amy Guth put into the work she does is extremely admirable! I didn’t feel like just another client to her it honestly felt like we were the only client she was working for at the time! She took interest in my child and in the situation at hand! White hired you to help her in her very traumatic and very painful lawsuit for her mesh implant she has called time and time again has emailed you several times and nobody calls or emails her back you told her in November 2019 she would have her lawsuit money by the end of the year it is now after the first of the new year and still nobody has returned her emails or calls if I could give this a 0 rating I would I would never suggest this law firm to anyone as matter of fact run the other way

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Don’t trust your case especially if it is time sensitive like mine is under a statute of limitation. Nadeem Bezar lied and was rude and claimed he would represent me after giving him mountains of documents just for him to say that he couldn’t help me after having barely to any contact AFTER 9 MONTHS!!! Lucky for me I found a competent and caring lawyer who quickly and perisistenly is truly fighting for me and saw the value of not only my case but in me in a title IX retaliation case. Do yourself a favor and Don’t waste your time and energy...

Kline & Specter was extremely helpful and professional in dealing with my case after the tragic Amtrak train derailment in 2015. The firm took a lead role in the legal proceedings and I felt confident with the team. Further, they took a personalized approach in dealing with me and my inquiries. While a settlement was the result, I feel that the process of receiving information, being able to follow the case and knowing that I was working with a trustworthy team was the most valuable realization from the experience.

The woman I spoke with was very professional and took the time needed to go over ALL of the details about my mishap. I even received a prompt call back with their decision. Our family experienced the worst loss of our lives and the law firm of Kline and Specter could not have made the process more easy, comforting and gave the feeling of authentically having someone on your side -authentically compassionate. We worked with many attorneys at the firm but that's because of the process. However, each one could not have been more professional, courteous and most importantly - down to earth. One would think that because K & S is such a huge law firm that you're going to get pompous, arrogant and pretentious lawyers, but at K & S it's the total opposite. They actually - you have to sit down for this one - they answer the phone or return your call within two days at the most. They discuss your case at a non-lawyers level. I have several graduate degrees but I'm not a lawyer, they know this and take this approach with every step of the process. The lawyers at the firm are not "jacks of all trades", each one is a master of one specific area of law. One may specialize in discovery, the other is a doctor, and the other may actually know what the inside of a court room looks like. If I was a defendant I would not want to get mail with a letter from Kline & Specter's. If you have a malpractice case you would be doing yourself and your family a disservice by not going to K & S. Yeah, there are other firms that can do the same but at K&S they have a seamless process with lawyers that treat and talk to you like two friends would talk to each other. And when they say they're going to do something they get it done at break-neck speed. I don't writer reviews for anything and for me to take out the time to do this is proof in itself that the service and and treatment my family received from Kline and Specter was well worth the phone call.

After my personal injury I went to a competing law firm who decided not to pursue my case. I then went to see Tom Kline. After listening to my story for 2 hours he decided to take me on as a client.

I was eventually assigned to Jim Waldenberger and Colin Burke. I cannot compliment them enough. They are top lawyers but equally important they made me feel like I was their most important client. As far as legal representation goes, you won't find a more tenacious, well versed and tactical law firm. Your case is in excellent hands as they are clearly in the upper eschelons when it comes to the courtroom.
However, follow through is god awful. The moment the judgement/settlement is rendered, they quickly show you the door and leave you at the mercy of whoever they had your money to. Having no preperation or knowledge of that kind of situation leaves you wide open to be taken advantage of
