It has been over 3 years since my husband hired this law firm to settle a personal injury accident case and it is still NOT settled. They are very poor at communicating in a timely manner, and when asked what has been done towards its progress, they do not have an answer. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I say difficult because if you want your accident case handled the right way and believe you deserve compensation for your injuries, then you should avoid the "TV lawyers" and hire a law firm that will truly fight the corrupt insurance companies on your behalf in order to achieve a great result. We used this firm to handle a case where my husband was accused of assault by a person that was looking for a big payout. We stuck it out after multiple plea offers and so glad we did. At best we were hoping for a hung jury but after only 30 minutes of deliberation we had a unanimous not guilty verdict. We have this firm to thank for that. They were compassionate to our cause and their court room etiquette was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone in need!

I would not reccommend anyone to this firm. I had a terrible time with the communication. The front desk was horrible about giving and taking messages and Jobeth would never respond back to emails! However Tracey did awesome in court and Monique and Sydney were fantastic. Jobeth never carried a professional image, always looking like he just rolled out of bed. He will tell you anything you want to hear during intake than after you sign on with the firm it's down hill from there. Jobeth is like a used car salesman. He will act like he is going to be with you thru the whole thing but truth is after he sells the firm to you, your case is handed over to another lawyer in the firm and he will no longer deal with you. I expressed issues thru my whole experience and he never dealt with it, even at the end when he had no other choice but to hear me, he just sat there as if I was talking to the wall. Terrible customer service. You lost one forever client and I will make sure I spread the word across Cecil county and surrounding areas so no one else falls victim to a terrible experience when handling legal matters.

I have known Jobeth Bowers professional for approximately three years. First I knew him when he was working at another law firm while putting himself through law school and now I know him in his capacity in owning his own law firm. I can say that clearly he must have paid attention and while working and while in school.

While many injured clients assume that they can hire "just any" attorney to settle a personal injury claim, I have found that that is not the case. Jobeth is an "old school" lawyer who is not afraid to help a client to get everything they deserve under the law. He will make sure that they get access to good medical and/or chiropractic care no matter where they live, he makes sure that he helps them get into a rental car (provided their policy allows for it), and he makes sure to get them appropriately compensated for a vehicle's diminished value. Admittedly these are things that all lawyers will claim to help you with, but he actually does it.

Simply put, if you want professional representation from a lawyer who will listen, call you back, and treat you as a human being rather than just a number, give Jobeth some consideration. There's a reason why his clients keep coming back to him. He is a rising star in the legal community.
