Never received a single return call while I was trying to locate a missing check after settlement. During the closing process Juliana Malizia was very condescending. (If you want the figures from your disclosure recited back to you ask her for more details.) This firm’s fees were much higher than a firm I had used in the past. Kirsh was my bank’s recommendation. I have since learned going with the bank’s preferred title company is not any faster than using another. Shop around!

REALTORS AND BUYERS BEWARE! Too many mistakes by this Title Company. We recently used them for a closing and our Sellers signed the wrong HUD! It was supposed to be for a VA loan. The termite fee was on the wrong side and they had two opportunities to collect the administration fee which they forgot! Peter Kirsh admitted it by email to me and said "oh well" "collect it from the seller" ...there are too many title companies to choose from!!! Don't choose this outfit!!!
