Can't really describe an experience per se. Just know that David Cook does not show up in a phone book, which is where I look first for any type of attorney or service that I need. Had to use a phone book dated from 2010 to even find Attorney's name listed and even then still did not have an address. Hate using internet for finding things, find it cumbersome and frustrating searching for most everything as there are usually thousands of entries both specific to and not having anything to do with what you are searching for. Didn't realize one now has to try and seek online addresses for places of business. Sad thing is I only needed this information to take a potential client there for a consultation.
