Called the firm up with a collection case and the actual partner spoke with me and was extremely rude, mean and clearly didn’t understand anything he was talking about. He tells me he’ll send me an email charging me $250 to do an investigation and then ends up sending me an email saying he doesn’t know anything about construction law and he can’t help me. He doesn’t even say sorry or refer someone else he sent a very cold letter basically admitting that they have no idea what they’re doing which I already could tell by his unprofessionalism and his evading all of my questions, the only good news here is he actually admitted he doesn’t know what he’s doing which I can admire. He actually was talking to me like I was the enemy that he was suing and not a potential client. It was very Bizarre. Unprofessionalism and incompetence? Not the best combo
